Appointments & Consultations

Salon@Church operates by appointment only.
Many services require a consultation prior to booking to ensure expectations, maintenance, and suitability are aligned.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if consultation requirements are not met.

Deposits & Payments

Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits are applied toward your service and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We value preparation time and respect for scheduled appointments.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the timeframe stated at booking

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service charge or forfeited deposit

Repeated missed appointments may result in restricted future booking.

Service Results & Expectations

All services are customized and professional, but results vary based on:

  • Home care compliance

  • Maintenance schedule

  • Realistic expectations discussed during consultation

Salon@Church does not guarantee outcomes when professional recommendations or maintenance plans are declined.

Maintenance & Ongoing Care

Our services are designed as long-term maintenance strategies, not one-time treatments.
Clients are responsible for following recommended maintenance schedules and home care protocols to preserve results.

Retail Products

Retail products are final sale unless defective.
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personal Belongings

Salon@Church is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the salon.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose relevant medical, skin, or hair conditions prior to service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if health or safety may be compromised.

Website Use

All website content is the property of Salon@Church and may not be reproduced without permission.
Use of our website does not create a professional or contractual relationship beyond booked services.
