Pricing
We have multi-level pricing based on the achievement levels and years of experience of our team members. Prices listed for services are the starting price. Prices are gender-neutral and we use Salon Scale to ensure that you only pay for the amount of product you use. We recommend a complimentary consultation for blonding services and color corrections.

Arrival
Please follow the text prompts prior to appointment. Our door remains locked as we share with residential units. Once checked in via text, Please call 2898205557 and we will meet you!
Please understand that if you are running late, we may not be able to complete the entire service in order to remain on schedule and out of respect for our other clients.
Cancellations & Satisfaction Guarantee
We appreciate that sometimes you may need to change your appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice. If less notice is given, 50% of the fee will be charged. If you are running late, we may not be able to perform the full treatment. A credit card number must be given in order to reserve your appointment of multiple services and if it is your first time visiting.
We get it, sometimes it's not quite the way you pictured it. We want you to be happy! Contact us within 1 week for resolution. Otherwise the next visit is considered a maintenance appointment.
