Miss KIA: Three Paths Forward

Here's what it actually takes to build this business

Future Option

Path 3: Transfer to Your Own Agency

When You're Ready
12+ months

How This Works:

  • Start with Path 2 (partner with FBAI)
  • Run successfully for 12+ months
  • Build to 20-30+ salons
  • Prove the business model
  • Generate consistent revenue

Then We Transfer:

  • Eject your sub-account into new GHL agency
  • You own the platform outright
  • All salons transfer with you
  • Hire VA to manage day-to-day
  • You step into pure owner mode

Why Wait 12 Months:

  • Prove demand before investing big
  • Learn the business without tech burden
  • Build client base first
  • Exit when you're ready, not rushed
Best of Both Worlds
Start simple, own later

My Honest Recommendation

Start with Path 2. You're a salon owner stepping away from behind the chair — not a tech entrepreneur launching a SaaS startup. Path 2 gets you to passive income in weeks, not years. You focus on what you're good at (connecting with salon owners), I handle what I'm good at (tech infrastructure). After 12+ months, if you want full ownership, we move to Path 3 and transfer everything to you. No one will ever know you didn't build it from scratch.

Path 1 only makes sense if you want to grind 20 hours/week for 2 years while also running Salon@Church. The math doesn't work until you hit 25+ salons — and getting there solo will burn you out.
