These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking systems, services, and communications (including SMS/text messages). By using our services or interacting with our platforms, you agree to these Terms.

1) Salon Services & Booking

All services are provided by appointment and are planned around consultation-first care. Pricing may vary by provider level, service needs, and product usage. Service prices listed online are starting prices and may change without notice.

2) Cancellations

We understand schedules change. We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. If less notice is given, 50% of the service fee may be charged.

3) Satisfaction & Adjustments

If something feels off, contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess and resolve appropriately. After that window, adjustments may be treated as a maintenance appointment.

4) SMS/Text Messaging Terms (Required for A2P)
A) Program Description (SMS Use Cases)

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Salon@Church, you may receive:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Scheduling updates (changes, confirmations, policy notices)

  • Customer support messages related to your bookings

  • Promotional messages (only if you explicitly opt in)

Message frequency varies.

B) Opt-In

You opt in by providing your mobile number through an opt-in form (online or in-salon) where SMS consent is clearly disclosed. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

C) Opt-Out Instructions (Required)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. You may receive a final confirmation message after opting out.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

E) Carrier Liability Disclaimer (Required)

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By opting in to SMS messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
